Jeff Nicholl, PT
Physical Therapist
Jeff Nicholl was born and raised in Camarillo, California. He attended high school at Adolfo Camarillo High School and graduated in 1980. He then attended Moorpark College and received an Associate’s degree in 1983. He transferred to CSU Chico and graduated in 1986 with a BS degree in Exercise Physiology and State Certification in Exercise Science. At that time, he returned back to Camarillo to work at Pleasant Valley – St. John’s Hospital. Jeff then decided to pursue a career in Physical Therapy and was accepted in 1989 to the University of Connecticut. He subsequently graduated in 1991 with a degree in Physical Therapy. His specialty is Orthopedics, and he has followed up with extensive continuing education with an emphasis on the “Maitland Approach,” an Australian philosophy. In 2011, Jeff decided to open for a second time a private practice, this time in his hometown of Camarillo. This has been a lifelong dream for Jeff to be able to work and give back to the community in which his ancestors were born and raised.
In his spare time, Jeff has contributed his time as an instructor at Moorpark College and California Lutheran University in the Athletic Training Department. He is also currently on the advisory board for the Department of Kinesiology at CSU Chico. Jeff resides in Camarillo with his wife Teresa Nicholl.
With over 30 years of experience, Jeff has had the opportunity and privilege to work with a variety of patients, ranging from pediatric, geriatric, high school, college, and professional athletes and entertainers.
